Form Associations

Forms can be associated with employees, projects (sites) and tasks. Creating these associations enables the form submissions to be linked with the associated entity and will be listed in the entity Submissions tab area.

To create a form association, click the relevant option from the menu:

Note: in this example, the association is with an employee, but the process is the same for all associations.

Select the employee(s) you’d like to link the form to and click Save:

*Note* You can use the filter to search for employees to link to the form.

You will see a success message.
